Scott has been in the data centre business for 25 years. Scott worked for Colliers, leasing and selling industrial properties, and later for Rogers, leasing cell sites. 

Scott went back to school and completed his Executive MBA and ran a P&L for Ainsworth Electric (an OMERS company), a Canadian pension fund, where we designed and built data centres for Q9 Networks (now Equinix). 

Scott leased up Canada's Carrier Hotel, 151 Front Street West, and moved on to run JLL Canada's data centre practice - completing the sale of the Montreal Gazette printing press facility to eStruxture and CDPQ. Scott also completed a consulting project for Bank of Montreal regarding their existing data centre footprint.  

Scott is a licensed commercial real estate agent with Royal LePage Commercial, A Brookfield Company, based in Toronto.
