Scott brings 25 years of experience in the data center and critical infrastructure sector. He began his career at Colliers, leasing and selling industrial properties, before moving to Rogers where he developed and leased wireless cell sites. He later managed a full P&L at Ainsworth Electric on behalf of OMERS, leading the design and construction of data centers for Q9 Networks (now Equinix).

Scott successfully leased Canada’s Carrier Hotel at 151 Front Street West, then went on to lead JLL Canada’s data center practice, including the sale of the former Montreal Gazette printing press facility to eStruxture and CDPQ. He has also advised the Bank of Montreal on its existing data center footprint. Scott is a licensed commercial real estate professional with Royal LePage Commercial, a Brookfield company, based in Toronto.
